Framework for the Provision of Multifunctional Devices

HEART Academies Trust has established a framework with Agilico Workplace Technology Limited (awarded 28 May 2025, £138 million) for the provision of multifunctional devices on a national basis, encompassing supply, installation, maintenance, and repairs of new and refurbished machines, alongside digital transformation solutions such as print management cloud services and automated invoice processing. The framework is open to public sector contracting authorities, particularly in education and small to medium-sized organizations, and requires the supplier to offer purchase and lease options for devices from at least two manufacturers, provide consumables, and prioritize quality, sustainability, and social value.
