These terms govern your use of justskim.ai (the “site”). The Skim product itself is provided under a separate master services agreement signed with each customer; nothing on this site constitutes that agreement or any offer to contract.

2. Acceptable use
By using the site you agree not to:

The Skim name and logo are trade marks of Skim AI Limited. You may view the site for personal or internal business research; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative works without our prior written consent.
4. No advice, no warranty
Information on the site is provided in good faith but for general purposes only. It does not constitute legal, commercial, or procurement advice. The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, Skim AI Limited will not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, or otherwise for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the site (excluding the matters reserved above) is limited to £100.
