Overview

Crown Commercial Service is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for facilities management and workplace services, with an estimated value of £750 million, to support the wider public sector and central government with lower-value and less complex hard and soft FM requirements. The DPS will cover 13 service categories including catering, cleaning, security, maintenance, helpdesk, landscaping, waste, and specialist defence FM solutions. Suppliers can submit applications until 23 February 2029.
