  The objective of this Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice is to inform the market of Beaumont Hospitals intention to enter into a contract (as outlined hereunder) in accordance with Article 32.2(b) (i.e. the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons: (ii) competition is absent for technical reasons; (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including property rights). The Contracting Authority requires a proven, existing solution for the provision of a Porter/Cleaning task management system. They allow for prioritising rapid responses based on urgency and location. MyPorter and My Cleaning optimises porter and Cleaning workflows, enabling timely patient transfers, reducing delays, and freeing clinicians to focus on patient care. These solutions are User-Friendly and intuitive and integrate with existing Hospital systems and are available on phones, desktops and radio if required. In addition to the above the system/app can track disposed goods such as tables, chairs, and mattresses providing valuable insights into the reasons for disposal which can help identify trends in equipment failure, allowing users to make more informed purchasing and inventory management decisions. Due to the fact that Beaumont Hospital is an acute hospital and on the grounds of patient care, time is of the essence.
