Overview
T2508 RFT for the provision of AI Workforce Development Research Series - Equipping Ireland's Business Leaders for the future AI World This research will investigate how business leaders can be equipped with the strategic, technical, and adaptive skills needed to respond effectively to the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on business models, operations, and competitive dynamics. The study will examine how Ireland can develop and scale leadership development frameworks that enable executives and senior managers to understand AI's potential, embed it into business strategy, and build organisational capabilities to harness AI across all workforce levels. It will also explore how leaders can anticipate and manage the ethical, operational, and innovation-related risks associated with AI adoption. The goal is to generate evidence-based insights and policy recommendations for designing targeted, forward-looking leadership development supports, which enhance both enterprise resilience and national competitiveness. We are seeking a research partner with expertise in leadership development, organisational change, and digital transformation to collaborate on a research programme combining stakeholder interviews, case studies, skills gap analysis, and international benchmarking.
