Framework for Bus Shelters and Associated Parts

Caerphilly County Borough Council is establishing a three-year framework agreement for the supply of bus shelters and associated parts, with an option to extend for up to 24 months. The council anticipates purchasing approximately 10 bus shelters annually starting in 2026/27, along with ongoing maintenance parts and equipment throughout the shelters' lifetime, and will appoint up to three contractors to the framework. Evaluation will be based on a two-stage process comprising conditions of participation and price criteria, with submissions due by 20 August 2026.
