The service enables purchase, distribution, and redemption of digital and physical vouchers to recognise employee performance and achievement, with platform access for authorised users to order and issue vouchers from a range of retailers. The three-year contract includes secure fulfilment, reporting functionality, and user support to manage the programme effectively.
