Provision of PECOS P2P Systems Software Licensing, Support and Maintenance to the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (2026–2028)

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission has awarded Elcom Systems Ltd. a contract worth £51,084 for the provision of PECOS Purchase to Pay systems software licensing, support and maintenance for the period 2026–2028. The contract covers continued operation of the existing P2P and budgeting system, which manages purchase ordering, invoice matching, audit trails, and financial reporting until a replacement system is implemented as part of the wider Corporate Systems Review project.
