Heating, Electrical, Mechanical and Decarbonisation Framework

Eastern Procurement Limited is establishing a single multi-supplier framework worth approximately £1.06 billion for heating, electrical, mechanical, and decarbonisation works and services to domestic and non-domestic properties. The scope encompasses provision, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems (gas, oil, electric, and renewable technologies including heat pumps and solar), electrical works (rewiring, fire detection, EV charging infrastructure), mechanical systems (ventilation, pumps), and energy-efficiency measures, alongside retrofit assessment, project management, and grant-funded programme support. The framework is currently open for tender submissions with a deadline of 21 October 2026.
