Waste Collection Calendar – Hand delivery to properties

Wigan Council awarded a contract to Andrew Jenner Limited on 2 July 2026 for the hand delivery of approximately 147,000 waste collection calendars across the Borough of Wigan. The calendars are area-specific, informing residents of their bin collection schedule, with around 18 different calendar types reflecting various collection rounds and colour bin sequences. The contract value was £36,750 and covers residential properties ranging from approximately 2,500 to 13,000 units per round, excluding large apartment complexes and rural properties.
