The Supply Partner (Building Materials and Associated Services and Supplies)

Caerphilly County Borough Council awarded a £75 million contract to Robert Price BM Ltd on 23 April 2026 for the supply of building materials and associated services and supplies to support its in-house workforce of over 200 trade personnel. The contract covers materials, services, and supplies for response repairs, planned refurbishments, empty properties upgrades, and statutory servicing, with key performance expectations including right first time delivery and on-time, in-full supply. The supplier is expected to support decarbonisation, WHQS and retrofit programmes, innovation in materials and technology, social value delivery, and building resilient supply chains.
