The British Business Bank Plc has awarded a contract to Decision Focus for a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software solution valued at £1,100,000, with the contract completed as of 9 September 2026. The scalable, cloud-based platform consolidates risk data across the organisation into a single system to strengthen oversight, enhance reporting, and improve operational efficiency, supporting core modules including risk and control management, control testing, incident management, policy management, regulatory compliance, and internal audit workflows. The solution is designed to facilitate compliance with the UK Corporate Governance Code and FCA expectations while enabling data-driven insights and automation to reduce manual effort.
