Overview

The Ministry of Justice has awarded a contract to Kellogg Brown & Root for Workplace Services Management (WSM) as part of the Property Transformation Programme. The WSM contractor will provide integrated digital systems, performance management, workplace support services, assurance, and asset management across the MoJ estate including HMPPS and potentially HMCTS premises. The contract has a five-year initial term valued at £135.7 million with an optional two-year extension worth £54.3 million, for a total contract value of £187.97 million.
