Rightmove is the UK's largest online property portal and plays a crucial role in generating high‑quality leads for our sales teams across both private and shared ownership homes. Between April and December 2025, Rightmove generated 2,422 leads, accounting for 20% of all Orbit Homes enquiries. Of these, 94 progressed to reservations. When compared with other online platforms, the leads from Rightmove consistently proved to be of higher quality, enabling our sales teams to achieve stronger conversion rates.
