Overview

Orbit Group is establishing a four-year Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with a capped value of £7 million to appoint service providers for lift replacement, upgrade and installation works across the Midlands, East and South regions, covering passenger lifts, stairlifts, platform lifts, through floor lifts, hoists and slings in approximately 198 properties. The DPS will be used to conduct mini competitions for future work packages, with individual projects awarded under JCT Intermediate Building Contract terms, and appointment to the DPS does not guarantee any work allocation.
