National Intelligent Integrated Audit Solution

Digital Health & Care Wales awarded a contract worth £4.9 million to Maxwell Stanley Consulting Ltd on 15 July 2026 to develop and deliver the National Intelligent Integrated Audit Solution (NIIAS). The solution will monitor user access to NHS Wales patient records and clinical applications across all seven Health Boards and five other statutory organisations, providing real-time dashboard reporting on user behaviour for Information Governance leads and integrating audit logs via API connectivity from national systems. The cloud-hosted solution must be scalable to accommodate legacy and future system requirements while operating within the DHCW network.
