Improvement Partner Liverpool Children and Young People's Service

Liverpool City Council has awarded a contract valued at £224,921 to CORAL REEF BUSINESS CONSULTANCY LIMITED for an Improvement Partner to provide strategic and operational improvement support to its Children and Young People's Services. The provider will deliver diagnostic analysis, develop evidence-based business cases, undertake financial planning and modelling, support commissioning activities, and implement improvement initiatives through a phased approach including diagnostic gathering, transformation planning, and delivery of an implementation roadmap. Services will be delivered on-site and remotely with knowledge transfer and skills development to build internal capability.
