Overview

The City of Liverpool College is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for marketing and communications services across four separate lots, with an estimated value of £150,000. Suppliers selected for the DPS will be invited to compete in mini-competitions for each lot, with the system remaining active until the College no longer requires it or replaces it with a revised DPS.
