Provision of Wellbeing Assistance Programme and Support Services for Individuals Involved in Fitness to Practise and Hearings Processes

Social Care Wales has awarded a contract worth £20,000 to Work Stress Management Limited (trading as Wellbeing Solutions) to provide a comprehensive wellbeing assistance and support service for individuals involved in fitness to practise and hearings processes. The service encompasses advice, support, signposting, and counselling for registered workers under investigation, their families, applicants, complainants, witnesses, whistle-blowers, and independent panel members, aimed at safeguarding wellbeing throughout these sensitive procedures.
