  • Event Power Hire

    Provide, install, service and deliver/remove all generators and associated equipment.

    Traffic Management for all traffic management closures and points and for the internal event traffic management system

    Provide, install, service and remove the temporary road services or part thereof. Required to provide trackway and an aluminium roll-out roadway and walkway system

    Provider must provide, install, service and remove the temporary marquee structures and supplementary services or part thereof

  • Event Safety Management Services

    Suppliers will be required to work to the identified event management and licensing processes for the City.

  • Event Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Hire

    Provide, install, maintain, monitor and remove Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) measures for the Event to protect attendees, staff and infrastructure from hostile, errant or unauthorised vehicle access.

    Stages will range in size and specification - a stage/structure specification will be drafted by the event management team depending on the scale of the event.

  • Event Screen Hire

    Provide a complete event screen solution for the Event, including the supply, delivery, installation, operation, maintenance and removal of all screen equipment, temporary structures and associated infrastructure.

  • Event Catering Services

    Provide dedicated catering services for event staff, contractors, production crews, volunteers, artists, security personnel and event management teams throughout the event build, live event and de-rig phases.

  • Event Pyrotechnics

    Provide a complete pyrotechnics service for the Event, including the design, supply, transport, storage, installation, operation and removal of all pyrotechnic effects. The service shall deliver a safe, professional and visually impactful display, which may include fireworks, pyrotechnic and pyromusical performances across a range of event locations
