ITT for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Equipment (Lease)

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Limited procured grounds maintenance equipment on lease to support its Neighbourhood Environment Team in maintaining approximately one million square metres of land across twelve thousand properties throughout the borough. The contract, awarded to GGM GROUP LTD on 7 November 2025, covers reliable gardening equipment needed to maintain grassed areas, shrubs, and communal spaces with minimal downtime. The service scope includes clearing garage sites, pathways, play areas, drying areas, and communal seating areas on a two-week rolling maintenance cycle.
