Magic Notes automates the transcription and summarisation of client meetings into a pre-defined template, enabling adult social care workers to focus on interaction with our people. It generates detailed write-ups for various assessments (e.g., Care Assessments, Case Notes, Occupational Therapist Assessments, Supervisions and referrals to other services) in line with NNC standards.
