ATOC Limited and Train Information Services Limited awarded a contract to BDRC on 5 January 2026 for the delivery of three ongoing customer insight tracker surveys: the General Public Tracker, the Rail Demand Tracker, and the Customer Information Survey (InfoTracker). The supplier is designing and delivering quarterly surveys, managing fieldwork and data processing, and providing analysis and reporting to understand public perceptions, demand trends, and customer satisfaction with information provision in the rail industry. The contract is for two years with an option to extend for a further three years.
