CHIC has awarded a four-year framework to eleven providers for the supply, installation, replacement, servicing and maintenance of passenger lifts and mobility aids including stairlifts, through-floor lifts and personal handling equipment across the United Kingdom. The framework is now in delivery and will be accessible to CHIC members and authorised users throughout its term ending 2029.

  • Passenger Lifts

    This Lot will be for providing a full range of installation and refurbishment to lifts across the UK. The scope of works undertaken via the framework agreement will involve installation, modernisations and refurbishment of passenger lifts, goods lifts, to meet the latest Lifts Regulations, DDA and current safety regulations standards. This could extend to include design work and also servicing and maintenance works post installation.

  • Mobility Aids

    This Lot will be for providing a full range of installation and refurbishment to personal lifts across the UK. The installation and servicing of stairlifts, step lifts, platform lifts, through-floor lifts, patient hoists and other similar older persons/patient lifting equipment. The scope of works undertaken via the framework agreement will involve servicing and maintenance works of personal lifting equipment, post installation.
