Repairs Maintenance and Empty Homes

Orbit Group Limited has awarded contracts for repairs, maintenance and empty homes work on its housing stock across the Midlands, South and East of England. Five contractors—Burton Building Contracts UK Ltd, Cardo Group Limited, Hardyman & Co Limited, Ian Williams Limited, and Topcoat Construction Limited—have been selected to deliver two workstreams per region: Minor Repairs and Empty Homes, and Major Repairs and Overflow, each for an initial five-year term with options to extend for two further one-year periods. The award is subject to successful completion of customer consultation under Section 20 Notice of Proposal.
