  This is a call off contract following a mini competition process aligning with the Core List Project objectives between the period 24 June 2026 and 23 June 2028.The call off contract is awarded via Lot 2 Blood Lancets of the Blood Draw Tools and Accessories framework. The aim of the mini competition was to provide NHS Supply Chain with further competition to identify the most economically advantageous suppliers of Safety Finger Lancets. The mini competition process intention was to award two suppliers to a split share of a basket opportunity included. The opportunity has a total estimated volume commitment of 115,565,000 eaches between the dates above.

  Blood collection devices which include Blood Collection Sets, Blood Collection Needles (Safety and Standard) , Blood Culture Systems with Initial Specimen Diversion Device, Blood Culture Packs, Blood Sample Tubes, Blood Gas Syringes, Support Products, Holders and Adapters and Snap Caps. Additional information: Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of £61m in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement.
