Overview

The Crown Commercial Service is establishing a Dynamic Purchase System (DPS) for Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) Access Services, enabling UK public sector bodies and eligible non-public sector entities to procure data access services and connectivity to HSCN and related network services. Successful suppliers appointed to the DPS will be required to meet HSCN compliance criteria and may be invited to submit tenders through subsequent Calls for Competition. The estimated contract value is £500 million with submissions closing in May 2028.
