Overview
LiveWest has appointed Cardo Ltd to deliver Energy Efficiency Retrofit works for Lot 1 (Cornwall) and Lot 3 (North Devon and South Somerset). Ian Williams Ltd has been appointed to deliver Lot 2 (South Devon) and Lot 4 (Bristol, Bath and the West of England).
Each contract has a potential duration of up to 15 years, comprising an initial 5-year term with two optional 5-year extensions.
The contracts were procured through a Competitive Dialogue procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This approach enabled LiveWest to refine the scope, delivery model and commercial structure to ensure best value, quality, and collaborative working throughout the programme.
These appointments will support LiveWest's programme to improve the energy efficiency of homes across the Southwest, bringing properties currently below EPC C up to the EPC C standard.
