Echelon Consultancy has awarded a four-year multi-lot framework valued at £1.42 billion to 20 suppliers for the delivery of repairs and empty homes works across the UK, managed by Pretium Frameworks Ltd. The framework was awarded to Arc Group London Ltd, Axis Europe PLC, BTU (Installation and Maintenance) Ltd, C Hanlon Facilities Management Limited, CBM Group Ltd, Cardo (South) Ltd, Equans Regeneration Ltd, Etec Contract Services Ltd, Fortem Solutions Ltd, Foster Property Maintenance, Gilmartins, Houghton and Son Ltd, Ian Williams Limited, KBH Building Services Ltd, LUX Property Services Ltd, Laker Business Management Solutions, MNM Property Services Ltd, Prestige Domestic Property Maintenance Ltd, Topcoat Construction Ltd, Wates Property Services Limited, and Westone Housing Limited following a competitive procurement process based on quality and cost.
