Supply Chain Coordination Limited awarded a framework agreement worth £100 million for the supply of surgical mesh fixation devices across four lots: synthetic mesh, biologic mesh, specialist mesh, and fixation devices. The framework, awarded on 27 May 2025 to 21 suppliers including Advanced Medical Solutions Ltd, B. Braun Medical Limited, Becton Dickinson UK Limited, and others, covers woven mesh sheets used permanently or temporarily to support organs and tissues in hernia repairs, abdominal reconstruction, breast reconstruction, and pelvic organ prolapse procedures, including synthetic, biological and hybrid mesh products alongside associated fixation materials such as staples, glues and self-fixation systems.
