Overview

National Highways is looking to procure specialist technical consultancy services to support the detailed technical considerations and assessments of the SRN. The goal of this task is to ensure National Highways can access expert technical advice regarding smart motorways, additional safety schemes and other technical matters related to the safety of the SRN. This project will support the Road Safety Division and wider organisation with business critical work regarding a potential legal challenge to smart motorways. In addition, technical support is required with the delivery of additional safety schemes. It is critical that technical support is provided to this work, as the monitoring and evaluation are transitioned to be led by colleagues in CSC division
