Overview

National Highways is extending its Social Enterprise Dynamic Purchasing System (SEDPS) for a further two years, now expiring on 14 August 2028, to enable social enterprises and eligible public and private organisations to supply goods and services to National Highways, government agencies, local authorities, and universities across England and beyond. The system, valued at approximately £65 million, supports National Highways' social value commitments by prioritising suppliers with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are reinvested for social or community purposes rather than shareholder returns.
