The Services provide by the Consultant are for continued support to the Client through the Delivery Phase of the project. The Client awarded the Main Contract to the successful tenderer, referred to hereafter as the Contractor, in December 2022, with delivery of ESS now expected to be completed in mid-2025 to allow high power electric vehicle charging points (HPEVCP) to be commissioned.
This contract is for the Consultant to continue to support the Delivery Phase, and follows on from earlier activities (Tasks T0187, T0322, T0419, T0576 and T0663) and will cover:
- the continuing provision of elements of the Engineering and Construction Supervisor service for the Client, as defined in this scope and, referred to hereafter as the Supervisor
