Overview

The service to be provided includes a number of 'Implementation' tasks. The 'Implementation' activities identified below are essentially a list of the investigations the project team should aim to undertake. The exact number of structures/samples to be investigated will be determined as the individual undertakings are developed and fully costed, and will reflect the available budget and supplier and logistical costs. To this end the number of structures/samples to be investigated against each task shall be proposed by the Project Team and agreed by the Project Sponsor as part of the task development. The Client may agree or request to cancel or defer some tasks in favour of higher priority activities in line with budgetary constraints etc.
