Overview
Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council (the Councils) are undertaking a
joint review of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Minerals and Waste Local Plan. To support
the review the Councils wish to invite tenders to undertake the work packages (D1, D2 & E)
below. The Minerals and Waste Local Plan for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough currently
consists of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2021 (MWLP);
and in Cambridgeshire also includes the RECAP Supplementary Planning Document.
This further competition is being issued to providers on Lot 8h Waste and Recycling of ESPO
Consultancy Services Framework 664_25 and is specifically for the procurement of the specialist
services required to support the Waste Needs Assessment.
