Cambridgeshire County Council Residential Services for Adults with a Learning Disability

Cambridgeshire County Council is establishing a 10-year open framework to commission residential services for adults with a learning disability, estimated at £224 million, with the framework reopening periodically to admit new providers. Providers must deliver accommodation and support that prioritises health and wellbeing, independence, and progression, with staff trained to address the higher incidence of long-term conditions and health problems in this population. Peterborough City Council may also call-off services from this framework for their eligible service users.
