    Le présent marché porte sur la restructuration, requalification et réhabilitation énergétique des bâtiments UC3 et UC4 de Bron-Parilly, réalisées dans le cadre d'un marché de conception-réalisation (prenant la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à marchés subséquents, sans minimum, d'un montant maximum de 57 500 000,00 euro(s) HT - conception + travaux) passé en dialogue compétitif. Ces travaux de requalification porteront sur : - la restructuration de 53 logements en 27 au sein de l'UC 3 parmi les 288 qu'elle comporte et 52 logements en 27 au sein de l'UC 4 parmi les 299 logements; - l'amélioration énergétique visant le Label BBC Effinergie 2024 ; - Démarche de conception et de réalisation visant la minimisation de l'impact carbone de l'opération; - une réhabilitation en parties privatives et en parties communes des logements conservés. Ces travaux seront exécutés dans le cadre de marchés subséquents, dont le nombre et la décomposition sont à titre prévisionnel envisagés comme suit : - Marché subséquent n°1 : Travaux UC3 ; - Marché subséquent n°2 : Travaux UC4. Contraintes du site: Site occupé / Nouveau Programme de Renouvellement urbain (NPRU) / ZAC / superposition de calendriers / aménagements extérieurs menés par un autre opérateur. Financement de l'opération : ANRU /Subvention ECO RENOV' / Label BBC Effinergie 2024 / fonds propres
