    Deze aanbesteding betreft een raamcontract voor regulier beheer, namelijk het renoveren van riolering middels een liner. Tijdens de inspectie van de bestaande riolering kunnen gebreken aan het riool geconstateerd worden. Afhankelijke van de soort en mate van de schade, kan er gekozen worden om de schade te herstellen middels een liner. De beoogde raamovereenkomst ziet toe op het uitvoeren van rioolrenovatie door middel van een liner, inclusief alle benodigde nevenactiviteiten om het werk uit te kunnen voeren. Denk hierbij aan het reinigen van het riool, tijdelijke voorzieningen om de afvoer van afvalwater te borgen, verkeersmaatregelen, afzettingen etc.
