Overview

The Health Service Executive (HSE) established a multi-party framework agreement for design team services to support acute healthcare capital works projects valued €1M–€15M in Dublin North (RHA A). The framework comprises seven lots covering architects, quantity surveyors, building services engineers, civil/structural engineers, employer's representatives, energy efficient design facilitators, and assigned certifiers, with the initial project being a second MRI scanner suite at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. The framework was awarded on 23 June 2026 to 17 service providers across the various disciplines.
