Overview
The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Small Building Works for projects with a contract value up to €1,000,000 excl. VAT. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to utilise the Framework for projects with contract values over €1,000,000 ex VAT. It is expected that the bulk of works procured will be in the contract value range of €200,000 to €600,000 excl. VAT. The provision of these values is for indicative purposes only and the Contracting Authority are not bound in any way by this value range. The Scope of the proposed framework will include, but is not limited to: • Energy upgrades / retrofits of existing buildings • Roof repairs or refurbishment works • Window repair, refurbishment or replacement works • Extensions • Fit outs / Refurbishments • External works • Works to historic buildings • Works to occupied/live buildings • Works to secure buildings e.g. Court House, Garda Stations etc • New builds Note that Framework participants will be required to perform the following roles where required: • Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) in accordance with the Construction Regulations 2013 (as amended) • Role of Builder under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014 (BCAR)
