The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation has awarded a contract modification to increase the ceiling value of an existing framework agreement with OCEANSCAN - Marine Systems & Technology Lda. The underlying agreement covers the procurement of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). Due to the altered security landscape following the war in Ukraine, the framework's maximum value has been increased by 50% for its remaining term.

    Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI) indgik efter udbud bekendtgjort ved udbudsbekendtgørelse 2021/S 117-304826 rammeaftale med OCEANSCAN - Marine Systems & Technology Lda vedrørende anskaffelse af AUV'er. Rammeaftalen blev indgået med en maksimal værdi på 48 mio. DKK (omregnet 6.430.000 EUR), jf. ordretildelingsbekendtgørelse 2021/S 188-488725. Som følge af den sikkerhedspolitiske situation, herunder krigen i Ukraine og det heraf ændrede trusselsbillede, har FMI behov for at forøge rammeaftalens maksimale værdi med 50 % i rammeaftalens resterende løbetid. Forhøjelsen af rammeaftalens maksimale værdi er hjemlet i udbudslovens § 183.
