    FMI har behov for indkøb af 8.600 natbriller (Night Vision Equipment) og ønsker at indgå en rammeaftale vedrørende levering heraf. Rammeaftalen skal have en varighed på 5 år med mulighed for forlængelse i op til 2 år. Den samlede anslåede værdi inklusiv optionen er DKK 480 mio. Rammeaftalens maksimale værdi er DKK 680 mio. Rammeaftalen ønskes indgået med T Industries DK ApS, som er koncernforbundet med FMI's nuværende leverandør af natbriller, idet en række forhold gør, at de nye natbriller skal passe til FMI's eksisterende beholdning af natbriller.
