Tender for Dublin Region Housing First Service in 4 Lots (Housing and Health Supports)

Housing Agency, in conjunction with the Dublin Region Homeless Executive and the HSE wishes to establish Framework Agreements as follows: • Lots 1 – 3: three (3) Single Party / and one (1) Multi Party frameworks to provide Housing First - Housing Supports service in the DRHE. • Lot - 4: one (1) Single Party framework to provide Housing First - Health Supports service in the DRHE. This procurement for both Lots is for the provision of a Housing First service (Housing and Health) to adults (over 18 years of age) experiencing rough sleeping and people who are long-term users of emergency accommodation, either on a continuous or episodic basis, across the four Dublin Local Authorities – Dublin City Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, and South Dublin. Tenderers must associate themselves with the competition in order to access the tender documents, ask and receive queries and submit a response. All responses must be submitted in a ZIP FILE format.
