Provision of a managed hosting, application support and associated project management service for HRM& Payroll system.

Asiera CLG has awarded a managed hosting, application support, and project management service contract for an HRM & Payroll system to Access Workspace Ireland Limited for a value of €15,000,000. The two-year contract, effective June 6th, 2026, with an option to extend for one further year, was awarded to the incumbent supplier under Article 32(b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU citing sole supplier status for technical reasons. Asiera plans to initiate a new tender for a HRM & Payroll System for the higher education sector in the coming months, with this interim contract serving as a bridge during the procurement process.
