Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue (”Hankintayksikkö”) on hankkimassa sisäisten yksiköidensä sekä ulkopuolisten palveluntuottajien käyttöön SAP Success Factors -ohjelmiston lisenssejä. Ohjelmiston avulla on tarkoitus mahdollistaa kaikkien hyvinvointialueen työntekijöiden osaamisen hallinta (koulutukset ja kehityskeskustelut) sekä koulutushallinnan osalta myös ulkoisten käyttäjäryhmien käyttö. Pääkäyttäjien tarpeen arvioidaan olevan n. 10 henkilöä. Lukumääräisesti arvioitu lisenssitarve: - Learning: 7700 - Learning functional use: 800 (ulkoiset käyttäjät) - Performance and goals: 7500 Optio: lisenssilisäys tarpeen kasvaessa - Learning: 1000 - Learning functional use: 1000 - Performance and goals: 1000 Hankinnan kohteena ovat olemassa olevan järjestelmän lisenssit. Järjestelmää koskevien vaatimusten osalta ei esiinny muutostarpeita. Tilaajalla on oikeus siirtää sopimus muuttumattomana kolmannelle osapuolelle, mikäli järjestämisvastuu siirtyy toiselle organisaatiolle. Varsinainen sopimuskausi 3,5 vuotta ja mahdolliset optiot 1 vuosi + 1 vuosi.
