National Centre for Research and Remembrance | Sub-Element D: Social Housing – Detail Design and Construction Delivery | Architectural Services

Architectural Services including the preparation, development and delivery of the full coordinated architectural detail design for construction, in accordance with the Planning Grant and any other statutory conditions. These detail design documents may form part of the procurement of the overall NCRR development Main Works Contract PWC1 or be an accelerated procurement of Sub-Element D: Social Housing Main Work only. Services for this Sub-Element also include the option of Assigned Certifier and Employer’s Representative for all stages and Site Architect/Support Services at Construction Stage. This project is to be delivered using Building Information Management (BIM) in compliance with the BIM Mandate for the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF).
