Verantwoordelijkheid gemeente De gemeente heeft vanuit de Wet publieke gezondheid en de Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning een verantwoordelijkheid om de medische toestand van de burgers te monitoren, onnodige gezondheidsschade en risico’s voor de volksgezondheid te voorkomen en kwetsbare doelgroepen te ondersteunen. Dat omvat het bieden van medische basiszorg aan doelgroepen die hier door hun dak- of thuisloosheid niet of onvoldoende toegang toe hebben. De Aanbesteding Het gaat bij deze Aanbesteding uitdrukkelijk om een aanbod waarbij de Opdrachtnemer zorgdraagt voor de coördinatie en beschikbaarheid van straatartsen. De aanbesteding betreft dus niet het op afroep leveren van uren.
