During the execution of Framework Contract No 24-3000-01, Eurofound identified that the actual service needs for web management were higher than initially estimated. After only 1.5 years of the 4-year contract, approximately 96% of the maximum contractual value has already been consumed. To ensure continuity of services and cover the repetition of similar tasks until the expiry of the FWC, Eurofound seeks to increase the contract value by 50% in accordance with Section 11(1)(e) of the Annex 1 to the FR. This increase is necessary to align the contractual budget with the actual service requirements while maintaining the same unit prices and terms originally agreed.
