Overview

The Environmental Protection Agency requires the services of a legal provider to ensure that we receive advices to enable us to correctly apply the laws that affect the organisation in relation to, inter alia, Environmental Law, Information Law, Waste Water/Drinking Water Legislation and Radiological Legislation. Where necessary, providing directly, or arranging the provision of, legal services in the Irish Language in accordance with the Official Language Act 2003. As a statutory agency, the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) requires legal services across the range of its core and non-core functions. In this regard, the EPA is establishing a single operator framework agreement, the successful member of which will assume responsibility for providing advice and guidance concerning Environmental Licensing and Enforcement.
