Modification Notice for the Provision of Contracted Training to LMETB - Robotic Welding

Louth and Meath Education and Training Board has modified an existing training services contract with Hartley People Ltd, originally awarded in March 2022, to ensure continuity of robotic welding training provision. The modification, applied under Article 72(c) of the Public Sector Directive, extends the current arrangement pending a new competitive procurement process expected to commence within the next 12 to 18 months due to delays in establishing a new contracted training framework through the Central Purchasing Body.
